Rumor has it that the college will head out on a tree planting adventure on one of three possible dates, all coming up in February: 1) February 12, 2) February 5, and 3) February 26. Not sure who makes the decision, probably Lisa Carlson who heads the Sustainability Committee, or what factors drive the decision. At any rate, the college has the trees and the land available for the planting. If you want to be a part of a sustainability activity, stay tuned. You could tell your grandkids that you did something to help save the planet.
