Centralia College’s Forensic Accounting Club is hosting a free event featuring Ben Anderson, a certified public accountant from Littlefield, Siminiski & Co., of Olympia.
Anderson will lead a discussion from 12 to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, in Washington Hall Room 115. Pizza and soda will be provided. All students are encouraged to attend.
Anderson will discuss the education and experience needed to get different types of accounting jobs. He will also speak to the job market in the accounting field.
Anderson is the founder and former director of the Center for Sustainable Entrepreneurship, an organization designed to help students start their own businesses. He has been working as a CPA since 2012.
