Centralia College would like to congratulate Alexandria Fairall and Bailey Peters for placing third and second runner up in the 2016 Miss Washington America scholarship pageant.
Alexandria Fairall placed third runner up and was awarded the Patriotism Reigns Scholarship and Brotherton Cadillac Commercial Scholarship. In addition, Alexandria won Best in Evening Gown and Best in Swim Suit portions of the pageant. She is attending Centralia College this fall and is the Associated Students of Centralia College (ASCC) president.
“I am so grateful to be honored as third runner up,” Alexandria said. “And I’m thankful for the scholarships as I continue my education. Additionally, I’m grateful to the Miss Washington Organization for changing my life for the better.”
Bailey Peters received second runner up, in addition to the People’s Choice Award. Bailey graduated from Centralia College in June and will be attending Washington State University (WSU) Vancouver this coming fall. Bailey is the reigning Miss Lewis County.
“This last week was one of the most amazing experiences of my life,” Bailey said. “I have never been surrounded by so many driven and inspiring young women. Being able to represent Lewis County on the Miss Washington stage was a true honor.”
