The Centralia College Foundation has partnered with Express Personnel Services, the Lewis Economic Development Council, Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way to broadcast the Refresh Leadership Simulcast live from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 12 in the Corbet Theatre (inside Washington Hall) at Centralia College. A continental breakfast will be provided from 8 to 8:45 a.m.
