National leadership event April 12

The Centralia College Foundation has partnered with Express Personnel Services, the Lewis Economic Development Council, Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way to broadcast the Refresh Leadership Simulcast live from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 12 in the Corbet Theatre (inside Washington Hall) at Centralia College. A continental breakfast will be provided from 8 to 8:45 a.m.

The Ideal Team Player with Patrick Lencioni
Patrick Lencioni is founder and president of The Table Group, a firm dedicated to improving teamwork, clarity, and employee engagement. He is also the author of 11 best-selling business books. In fact, his book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team remains a fixture on national best-seller lists. He will discuss the three indispensable virtues that make some people better team players than others—humility, hunger, and people smarts.

Teams That Win: Fundamentals for Success with Jimmy Johnson
