Oncologist donates photos for scholarships

UnknownLocal oncologist Dr. Dustan Osborn has a passion to serve his patients, his community, education, and art. He also has a passion for photography. Combining these passions, he has generously donated a large selection of his photography now on display in the hall off of the lobby of Corbet Theater at Centralia College.

For a limited time, matted 8x10s of these photographs are available for $30. All of the proceeds directly fund scholarships at Centralia College.

Dr. Osborn will be on-hand to discuss his work after the Charlie Albright concert at the college April 8.

“Over the years, I’ve hired about 15 nurses who came out of the Centralia College nursing program,” said Dr. Osborn. “Helping fund scholarships is one way for me to express my appreciation for the college and the amazing nurses I’ve worked with in my practice.”

Dr. Osborn’s photography is featured in the Chehalis and Olympia offices of Osborn Cancer Care, as well as throughout the Capital Medical Center in Olympia.
